We prefer to supply our own parts and only parts supplied by Willow Tree Motors carry our 12 month warrenty, in special circumstances where customer supplied parts are fitted unfortunately we cannot offer a warrenty.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of any work carried out. All parts remain property of Willow Tree Motors until the invoice is settled in full.
On occasion, special order parts totalling more than £300 may need to be paid for in advance.
We do not undertake any works that requires payment at a later date by a third party, I.E. Warranty/Insurance companies.
As set out above, all work must be paid for on completion, in full. In the event of carrying out repairs to be paid for by such an entity, payment must be completed by the customer upon completion and then claimed back where possible from said entity.
Yes, we offer a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on all of our services.
